1. No Returns on Cannabis Products
1.1 Final Sale: All cannabis products, including but not limited to flower, edibles, concentrates, vape products, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
1.2 Health and Safety Regulations: Due to the nature of cannabis products and health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. This ensures the safety and integrity of all items sold.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
2.1 Initial Inspection: We encourage all customers to inspect their cannabis products at the time of purchase. If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
2.2 Damaged Packaging: If the packaging of a product is damaged but the product inside is in good condition, it will not be considered a valid return. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
2.3 Exchange or Refund for Defective Products: In the rare event that a cannabis product is found to be defective (e.g., a malfunctioning vape device), we may offer an exchange or store credit based on the situation. Refunds for defective cannabis products are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. No Returns on Edibles or Consumables
3.1 Food and Consumable Items: Due to health and hygiene standards, all edibles and consumable cannabis products are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
3.2 Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure the highest quality of all edible cannabis products. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of an edible, please contact us immediately and we will assess the situation.
4. Exchange and Store Credit Policy
4.1 Non-Cannabis Products: For items such as accessories, merchandise, or non-consumable goods, we may consider exchanges or offer store credit under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and unopened.
- Item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The item is in a re-sellable condition.
4.2 Discretion: The acceptance of returns or exchanges for non-cannabis products is at the sole discretion of Tyson Coffee Shop.
5. Customer Responsibility
